Restore & Stretch for Women
A safe space to integrate heart, soul, mind and strength through breath-to-movement gentle stretches, motivated by His Word, worship music, and prayer. This course is restorative and helpful for trauma recovery. Pre-registration is encouraged. Walk-ups are accepted throughout the 8-week series. Mondays at 10a. $5 per class (cash, check, Venmo accepted). For women only.
