There are many business owners in our church as well as many in our Mariners Church community and Community Center ecosystem that are un or under-employed. The ministry of finding and retaining meaningful work is a critical area for those that are in a chronic need. The Career Development Program is a place to bring these two together in a mutually beneficial space to find good talent that will create value for business owners as well as employment preparation and readiness, help with job placement, and ultimately keeping well-paying jobs.
