Ministry Tracks
Help create environments designed to care for people in different seasons of their life. We have recovery groups, support groups, and relational growth groups.
We hope to inspire children to follow Jesus and FEARLESSLY change the world! That’s why we designed a fun, interactive space just for them. With music, games, activities and storytelling, kids learn from the Bible and about God’s love every week. Our kids’ church service runs at the same time as the adult service. With programs for ages 0 to 5th grade, each child is taught in an age-appropriate, loving environment.
Our youth ministry exists to help teenagers follow Jesus and fearlessly change the world. We attempt to do this by facilitating relationships with caring adult mentors, connecting them to peer small groups (Life Groups), providing practical ways for them to serve others, grow spiritually on their own, and engage in the overall life of the church. In addition, we desire to come alongside parents to provide help and hope.
Mariners YA exists to inspire young adults to follow Jesus and fearlessly change the world. This ministry is designed for twenty-somethings and college students to have a space to worship and find community on a weekly basis.
Help create an environment where people go from just a face in a crowd to a person who belongs to a community where they are known and loved. Whether someone has been at Mariners for 30 minutes or 30 years, we believe they have a next step to take. We want to create a culture where everyone regularly asks the question, “What is my next step?” Help people take their next step into the Transformational Loop.
Outreach Ministries exist to change the world by showing and sharing the good news of Jesus. We mobilize our church to fearlessly change the world through local, city, and global engagement.
Local Engagement: Restore hope for at-risk youth, families, and communities
City Engagement: Change a city to change a culture
Global Engagement: Catalyze and collaborate with the global church to advance the Great Commission
Not only will you get the chance to be a part of the staff family, you’ll also be a part of an internship cohort with other interns from different ministry tracks. Along with other interns you’ll experience orientation week, weekly cohort gatherings, and some fun team building experiences.
