JHM Summer Camp(us) is the best week of the year for incoming sixth through eighth graders to grow in their faith and build lasting friendships! At camp, junior highers experience powerful messages and worship, meaningful time with Life Groups, fun games and recreation, great meals, free merch for every student, a special on-campus carnival, and so much more!

6th, 7th & 8th graders (as of Fall 2026) from all Mariners Church congregations
When & Where?
Mon, Jul 27 to Fri, Jul 31 at Mariners Irvine from 2-8p every day

Financial Assistance For Camp
We don’t want finances to be a barrier for students who want to attend camp! We know that the cost of camp can be challenging for some families, so we offer financial assistance in the form of partial scholarships when possible. Please fill out the form below, and then our team will follow up with next steps within one week.
While we do our best to support as many families as we can, submitting this form does not guarantee that a scholarship will be given.
Serve At Summer Camp(us)
Why Should I Serve At Camp? Come be an influential leader in a student’s life! At camp, you’ll get a front row seat to witness students being inspired to follow Jesus and fearlessly change the world. These five days are jam-packed with intentional environments that lead to “I Believe” moments & baptisms and strengthen the Life Group community that lasts a whole year!
What if I’ve never served with Youth ministry? Each year we have volunteers who are new to serving in Youth Ministry. We’ll equip and train you and if you love it, we have plenty of year-round serve opportunities on Wednesday nights and weekends.
Who can serve as a volunteer? Anyone who loves Jesus, attends a Mariners Church congregation, and is at least a high school junior in Fall 2026 can serve!
How Can I Serve?
- Group Leader (with the option to lead your JHM Life Group if you currently serve!)
- Recreation/Ops
- Media (photography/videography/social media)
- Worship
- Tech/Production
After registration is complete, our team will contact you with next steps and team placement information.
What is the time commitment?
- Mandatory Training: Sun, Jul 19 from 1-3p
- Optional Setup Day: Sun, Jul 26 from 1-5p
- Camp: Mon, Jul 27-Fri, Jul 31
- Camp Celebration & Baptisms: The weekend after camp
If you’re not available for the full duration of camp, our team will thoughtfully review your availability and follow up with you if serving with us is possible.
