The Mariners College Leadership Intensive equips college students to grow as leaders and followers of Jesus through an intentional development cohort and real ministry experience.
As a part-time leadership development experience, this is designed for college students who desire spiritual and leadership growth. This unpaid program equips emerging leaders to grow through cohort-based learning and real ministry experience, preparing them to lead on their campuses, in their churches, and in their future careers.
Qualifications
College-aged (18-22 years old)
Must be present for the majority of the 8 week program beginning in June
Previous volunteer experience in a local church or ministry preferred
