Why does God allow pain, and what does obedience look like when it costs us comfort, control, or security? During Passion Week we see a different kind of King. Jesus did not avoid suffering. He walked into it, obeying the Father all the way to the cross, showing us that real strength is forged through surrender.
At our upcoming Men’s Breakfast, former Christian missionary to Iraq, teaching pastor, and author Neil Broere will share from both Scripture and personal experience about faith that endures when comfort disappears and obedience carries real risk. This is more than a breakfast. It is a call for men to move out of passivity, step into courageous responsibility, and follow Christ with resilient, cross-shaped leadership in our homes, church, and community. Join us Saturday, March 7.
