From songs of praise to cries of lament and everything in-between, the book of Psalms captures the wide range of emotions in life. The psalmists paint a picture of a relationship with God that is filled with delays, disappointments, surprises, and triumphs. Through it all, their words model an incredible resolve to keep their eyes on God. Instead of being swallowed up by the darkness of their emotions and circumstances, they persevered in grabbing hold of God's unfailing love and faithfulness.

“As For Me”: A study of life through the lens of the Psalms., written by Adrienne Camp.

The Psalms are a collection of Songs & Prayers written by David and other authors as they poured out their hearts and souls to God. The Psalmists confess their sins, express their doubts and fears, and cry out to God for help in times of trouble as well as to praise and worship Him. As we study the Psalms together we will find comfort during times of struggle and find words and ways to trust in God and grow deeper in our relationship with Him. Join us Wednesday mornings as we focus on Psalm 75:9

“As for me, I will tell about Him forever;

    I will sing praise to the God of Jacob”
