HSM Conference has all the fun of camp right here at Mariners Irvine. Join us for dynamic worship, relevant gospel messages from great speakers, group activities, and fun surprises! Join us for fun & so many faith-building opportunities with powerful extended worship, amazing speakers, breakout sessions, prayer experiences, exclusive merch, dance parties, late-night snacks, more fun than you can imagine, and the best kind of all-day Life Group time!

Who is invited? Current 8th-12th graders.
Where? Mariners Church Irvine | Youth Building
When? February 28- March 1st, 2025 (Friday to Saturday)
Registration opens on Wednesday, November 15, 2024

Cost: $70 until December 31, 2024
$85 until January 31, 2025
$100 until February 27, 2025

Financial Assistance For Conference

We don’t want finances to get in the way of students coming! We offer financial assistance in the form of partial scholarships if you qualify. Please fill out the form below and we will follow up with next steps.

FAQs

Is this an overnight conference?

No. Students can arrange their own sleeping accommodations with friends or their life group! 

Can my son or daughter arrive late or leave early?

We hope not! But we understand that sometimes important things come up. To get the most out of the conference, we ask that students participate fully! 

What is the schedule?

Check-In is at Mariners Irvine in front of the Youth Building on Friday, February 28 at 6:30p. Drop off is at the Youth Building Lot. Doors open at 6:45p and the first session begins at 7p. Our first night ends at 10:30p. Pickup is at the Community Center Lot. 

On Saturday, March 1, light breakfast is at 9:30a, doors open at 9:45a and the second session begins at 10a. Drop off at the Chapel Lot. Conference ends at 9p. Pick up is at the Community Center Lot. 

Will I receive a confirmation after I register?

Yes! You will receive an email confirmation after registration. More details to follow as we get closer to our conference! 

 

What is the cancellation policy?

There are no refunds. Registrations can be transferred to another student or gifted to students in need of a scholarship. 

My child has special needs. Can he/she attend the conference?

Yes, we hope so! In the registration, please indicate in detail his/her special needs so we can follow up with you. 

Who are the leaders?

Our volunteer leaders who are background checked, trained on safety, equipped to care for students, and share the gospel. Most of our amazing leaders are life group leaders who work with students regularly! 

Can I request that my child is in the same group as his/her friend?

Yes. We will do our best to accommodate your request; but we cannot make guarantees. Please provide friend requests in the registration form above.

Can students bring their phones?

No, phones will be collected by the leaders during the sessions. We want students to focus on being present with others and with God! 

If there is an emergency, how can I get in touch with our child?

If there is a serious emergency and you need to speak with your child, you can contact Chris Li at 310.819.5608.

Is there a full-time nurse on campus?

Yes! We will have a full-time nurse on duty. Safety first! 

 

Does the conference accommodate dietary needs?

Yes. If your child has special dietary needs, please let us know in their registration. 

Does my child need additional spending money?

Students can bring extra money for special merch that we have!
