Mark 8:34, Hebrews 12:1-2
Mariners Church is a community of ordinary people from all walks of life, courageously trusting Jesus to do the extraordinary. Simply put, we’re trusting Him to do what we can’t—heal, transform, renew, forgive, provide, and sustain. We encourage you to check out one of our weekend services, where you’ll see the mission and values of Mariners on display. God is moving in our church community, awakening people to His love, and calling them to action. We’d love for you to be part of it!
Hebrews 10:24-25, 1 John 1:7
We were created to be in relationship, not only with God, but with one another. As a church family, we seek to pursue the life of holiness and truth that God intended for us to have. As we remain rooted in Him, our community gives fruit to accountability, strength, and God’s light into our lives. Just as iron sharpens iron, our lives, and the lives of those around us, are transformed more into Christ’s likeness through relationship with each other, as we point each other toward Jesus.
1 Peter 4:10, Galatians 6:10
Christ came to this world to serve and not be served, setting a perfect example of the heart of God. We are called to use the gifts God has given us to serve one another. We are called to represent God Himself here on Earth and show His goodness to all people.
Jeremiah 29:7, Isaiah 58:6-9, Acts 1:8
We are called to be the hands and feet of Jesus here on Earth, and we do so as a church through our local and global outreach. Meeting the tangible and spiritual needs of those who God has placed in our paths is our calling. Through Faith Adventures and Lighthouse Community Centers we learn from the global Church community and express the love of Jesus through tangible support and prayer.
