Christmas at Mariners is only a few weeks away, and we want you to be part of the celebration! Invite your family, friends, neighbors, and coworkers, and join us at one of our Christmas services throughout Orange County to experience all the wonder and glory of the season.

The Christmas story was prophesied by prophets and preached by apostles, and “angels long to look into these things.” Angels had a front-row seat to the Christmas events, yet they long for more. Why? Because they don’t know the joy of being rescued and redeemed. The Christmas story is even more personal and more glorious for us. Get more than a glimpse of this incredible truth this year at Christmas at Mariners.

If you’re not able to join us in person, tune in to Mariners Online during those same times. Even if you plan on attending in person, please share the Mariners Online link with your friends and family so they can worship with you, wherever they are.

The countdown to Christmas is on, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you! Click the link below for service times at all our locations.

Tomorrow is GivingTuesday, an opportunity to make an impact and be a part of a worldwide celebration of generosity. Every year, millions of people come together to give back and change their communities—and this year, we invite you to be a part of it! Join us in this GivingTuesday by giving to the ministry and work of Mariners Church and partnering with us in our mission of inspiring people to follow Jesus and fearlessly change the world.

As we approach the Christmas season, don’t miss the chance to give and experience the joy of generosity in your life. Your one-time or recurring gift will make a lasting difference in the lives of people throughout Orange County and around the world.

As it says in 2 Corinthians 9:6-8, “Remember this: Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously. Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. And God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work.

We hope you’ll join us in advancing God’s message and sharing His love with others. You can give now by clicking the button below and selecting your Mariners congregation in the drop-down menu. Thank you for your generosity!

Angels surround the Christmas story, bringing the good news of great joy that Jesus had arrived. Through the words of the angels, we learn of a Savior who came to bring hope, peace, and joy to the world. Their incredible message is for you too! Christmas is a glorious reminder that we don’t have to live in fear; we can have favor with God, great joy, and never be alone.

It’s a great time to invite your friends and neighbors to come and experience the wonder, glory, and joy of the Christmas season. Join us as we Countdown to Christmas every weekend at all our Mariners congregations with fun surprises and activities for your whole family.

Our December teaching series, Angels We Have Heard, officially begins Dec 4 & 5! Visit the series page for resources and more information.

We live in a broken, sad, scary place.

We don’t need to watch the natural disasters and political unrest in the news to know what our bodies already know. Our bodies get sick. Our minds are fragile. The mortality rate for humans is astonishingly high. There’s plenty to worry about, and the world is full of faulty solutions for our anxieties.

But true peace comes when we learn to hold God’s Word up to what worries us. There, we learn we can’t fix ourselves; we can’t protect ourselves. Instead, the Bible tells us we can rest, knowing that Jesus walked into the broken, sad, scary places to rescue us and love us. He is the One who fixes. His is the only protection that matters.

Join Scarlet Hiltibidal and Mariners Women for Anxious, an eight-week, church-wide Bible study beginning Oct 28 and hosted at Mariners Huntington Beach to learn how we can practically take hold of the perfect peace that is only available through God as we dive deeply into His Word, embrace the practice of prayer, and live authentically in the support of our communities of faith.

It’s a great opportunity for you to invite your friends, neighbors, and coworkers to hear what the Bible says about anxiety as we hold up our anxious thoughts to God’s truth.

This past Outreach Weekend, we learned how we are His ambassadors on Earth, showing the world who Jesus is and loving people as He does. Now, you have the opportunity to make a difference and love others like Jesus, right here in Orange County!

This holiday season, we invite you to join thousands of volunteers in serving the 34 cities and 3.2 million people of Orange County with the heart of Jesus. As God instructs us in His Word “Pursue the well-being of the city…Pray to the Lord on its behalf, for when it thrives, you will thrive.” Jeremiah 29:7.

There are so many ways for you to get involved! Check out all our Love OC serving opportunities and events to see how God might want to use YOU as His ambassador serving people in our cities, neighborhoods, and communities.

Countless thoughts persistently race through our minds. Often lingering, keeping us up at night, and many times, holding us hostage from how we were meant to live. It doesn’t have to be this way, does it?

In our new teaching series beginning Oct 13 & 14, My Anxious Thoughts, we’ll explore what the Bible says about anxiety and the God who is always with you and always working for your good. Together, we’ll see how God invites us to bring our anxious thoughts to Him and gives us wisdom for living with peace in a complicated world.

This series is a great opportunity to invite your friends and neighbors to hear what Scripture says about anxiety and the God who meets us right where we are. Pick up a stack of invitations this weekend to share with people in your circles and invite them to join you next weekend for the launch of My Anxious Thoughts!
