Restore & Stretch
Regina will guide you through breath, movement, and meditation for the restoration and well-being of your heart, mind, and body, in the presence of the Holy Spirit. This trauma-sensitive calm space, helps you to center your thoughts, prayers, past hurts or current trials into the hands of our gracious Savior.
Please arrive 15 minutes early, allowing for parking and settling into your seats. We begin on time out of respect for everyone's schedule, and to maximum our hour together.
What to Bring: Yoga or fitness Mat; comfortable, loose or stretchy fitness/yoga wear; additional long-sleeve layer encouraged.
Where to Park: We meet in the Lighthouse Room, which is located on the second floor of the Community Center above the Thrift Store/Food Pantry. The closest lot would be the Community Center Parking Lot, which is near the Bonita Canyon entrance (turn in and make a left at the stop sign).
Pre-registration is encouraged. We welcome new participants to join us throughout the series. As it is an on-going series with short breaks in between, it's never too late to join!
