Back to School Supply Drive Packing Event (Young Adults Only)

In celebration of back to school, we are hosting a Back to School Supply Drive to support youth in the foster system in our local communities. All Young Adults - join us in serving as we buy and bring school supplies for students in our community, and stay after Thursday Nights at Mariners as we pack backpacks together!

We are inviting all Young Adults to join us for Thursday Nights at Mariners on Aug 1, and after service take part in serving with our Mariners Local Outreach Ministries! You will be a huge help in sorting and packing backpacks with school supplies that YOU buy and bring on Thursday, Aug 1!

All school supplies and backpacks collected will be donated to students in the foster system through our local Outreach ministries as they enter into the 2024-2025 school year. The hope is to provide students in Foster Care and in our communities with basic supplies for their classes, as some students face economic hardship and lack essential resources. (Serve event for Young Adults Only)

Schedule:
6:30-50p - Orientation in the Upper Room
6:50-7p - Drop off school supplies in collection bins by Worship Center
7-8:30p - Thursday Night at Mariners service
8:30-9:30p - Packing backpacks together!
