Those of us who have walked or are walking with a loved one through the vast and devastating stages of dementia are family. You are not alone. We share a common bond that binds us together through our shared experience. You may or may not understand that you, as the caregiver, need just as much support as those afflicted. It is through sharing with those on the same journey, we can share ideas/stories and offer hope and support to each other through God's love being poured out on one another.
This ministry is for you, the caregiver. However, if you have no one to watch over your loved one while attending the support group, please feel free to bring them with the understanding that you will be solely responsible for the health and safety of your loved one. This ministry is to share and care. We are here for you.
