A men's mental health support group for those currently experiencing mental health and emotional challenges.
This 10-week class offers healthy solutions for your heart and mind. Both Scripture and science provide a new perspective and practical tools to help address the challenges of living with any mental health difficulty or disorder.
Here, you'll find others who understand what you're going through and will support you as you discover help, hope, and healing for your journey.
This in-person class meets on Mondays for 10 weeks, from April 21 through June 30, 6:30 - 8:30p at the Irvine campus, with a break on Memorial Day (5/26).
