Welcome to MOPS!
Here at MOPS/MOMSnext, we are on a mission to celebrate motherhood.
We build circles of women who love each other like family, because being a mom is beautiful and hard. We are a movement of women who are practicing becoming more brave, kind and honest. Together, because together is always better.
Our MOPS programs are for all moms from pregnancy through the elementary years.
- MOPS is for moms of little ones: pregnancy through preschool/age 5
- MOMSnext is for moms of elementary kids: K – 5th grade

What is MOPS?
MOPS stands for Mothers of Preschoolers, and by preschoolers we mean kiddos from birth through kindergarten. We know it’s a little confusing so let’s just stick with “MOPS.” We connect moms and meet together to laugh, cry and embrace the journey of motherhood. MOPS groups are rallying women to be more honest, to feel more equipped and to find our identity by journeying alongside one another.
Who can be in MOPS?
MOPS is open for ALL mothers of children from pregnancy through kindergarten
Who can be in MOMSnext?
MOMSnext is open for ALL mothers of elementary children, grades K-5.
What happens at a MOPS/MOMSnext meeting?
MOPS/MOMSnext meetings include hot coffee, an amazing hot breakfast, friendship, a topical speaker, discussion group time with the same group of women each week, and sometimes a chance to get crafty. MOPS is a chance for you to have time for yourself. Time to think, to talk (without interruption!), to laugh with new friends and to realize you’re not alone on this journey called motherhood and this season of life with young children.
What do my children do?
Babies get cuddled and loved on. Toddlers and pre-schoolers have a chance to be creative, play, listen to stories and songs, visit the enclosed playground, have a snack, and make new friends.
Can my newborn stay with me?
Babies under 6 months of age are welcome to join their moms upstairs. All children 6 months and older must be registered and checked into MOPS Kids.
What if I need a to cancel my registration?
If you need to cancel, please contact Emily [email protected] as soon as possible so that your spot can be opened for another mom and her children. Unfortunately, there are no refunds after the second meeting. Thank you!
What happens if there is a waitlist?
If there is a waitlist, please register for the waitlist and if spots become available, we will contract you to register. The waitlist is on a first come, first serve basis.
