Our weekend services are the primary way we gather as a whole church. These experiences are central to who we are and a great first step to get connected to life at Mariners. Our Neighborhood Gatherings last for about an hour as we gather for worship, listen to a message from God’s Word, pray and respond to God’s Spirit. Stick around after service to connect in community at our lunch groups.
We meet inside the Crystal Ballroom of The Hills Hotel. The hotel is located right off the 5 freeway at La Paz. Exit and turn right if you are driving south on the 5. Exit at La Paz and turn left if you are driving north on the 5. We will have Mariners Church signs and flags to direct you into the hotel parking lot. After parking, enter through the front Lobby doors and either walk up the directly visible upon entry or take the elevator in the Lobby to the Third Floor. Signs will direct you the entire way. The spacious ballroom has an occupancy of 400 people which allows plenty of room to worship and gather safely.

Meet The Team
Erin Kerr – Lead Pastor
Erin Kerr is a passionate servant leader who loves meeting people near and far from God to know His love and purpose for their lives. He has served as a pastor in large, small and start up churches for 20 years and loves exercising his strengths in leadership, evangelism, and teaching. He believes that every believer is a minister with a ministry and has a track record of discipling others, developing new teams, ministries, campuses, and churches to advance the gospel and fearlessly change the world together. Erin presently lives in Mission Viejo with his beautiful wife Joy and three daughters, Autumn, Eden, and Phoebe. When he isn’t enjoying family time, he’s consuming too much coffee, trying to fit in a CrossFit workout of the day, and praying a little too hard for his Dallas Cowboys to rise out of mediocrity.
Jordan McNeff has been on staff as a Director in the Kid’s ministry since 2018. Prior to joining Mariners, he taught in private schools and internationally in Seoul, South Korea. As a South County native, he is so excited to see Mariners expand throughout the county and bring the message of Jesus to the communities we live in.
