Baptism is a spiritual milestone and the symbol of the most important decision we can make in our life! Mariners JHM wants to celebrate this with you and prepare you for taking this step of obedience.
If you are wanting to get baptized you must attend this short Baptism Class as we talk about a few things like, "Am I ready to be baptized?", "What is baptism?", and "What happens after I get baptized?"
For JHM students wanting to get baptized, this is a requirement!
- Join us on either Sat, Nov 4 (5-5:30p) or Wed, Nov 8 (5:45-6:15p) in the Youth Offices (to the left of the restrooms in the Youth building) for our Baptism Class.
- The actual baptism dates are Sat, Nov 11 at 6:30p (register here) or Sun, Nov 12 at 12:30p (register here).
- Sat, Nov 11: attend the 5:30p JHM service, then meet at the baptismal (just outside the Worship Center) right after service ends to check in.
- Sun, Nov 12: attend the 11:30a JHM service, then meet at the baptismal (just outside the Worship Center) right after service ends to check in.
