In a season of confusion and frustration, we focus our eyes on God to understand His love and truth. He encourages us to love others with His heart, and there are so many ways to do that, even if your circle right now is limited. We want to help connect you to serving opportunities no matter where you are!
For those who are limiting their circle but still desire to serve right now, there are many opportunities to serve others without even leaving the house. It can be as easy as picking up the phone and giving a friend a call, joining our Care team to invite others, sharing what we post on social media, or inviting someone to watch the weekend services with you online! There are also many wonderful ways to help those at our Mariners in the Neighborhood venues and teams from home!
Serve Options From Home
We know that there are also some people who are limiting their circle, but smaller groups are still doable, and for those people we have many opportunities. We invite you to consider hosting a VBS in YOUR neighborhood or a Mariners Hosted at Home. You can also volunteer at our Food Pantry, Thrift Store, and the Mariners Irvine Farmers Market! While staying connected and safe, you can keep the small circle you are comfortable with!
Serve Options in Small Groups

For those who are comfortable with larger groups, we invite you to consider our Mariners in the Neighborhood! There are also several Outreach opportunities, Youth opportunities, and Kids opportunities to be involved in that we would love to have you join.
Serve Options in The Neighborhood
In a season of confusion and frustration, we lift our eyes to God to seek our comfort. God loves us, and comforts us with that truth, and He also encourages us to love with His heart. John 15:12 says, “My command is this: Love each other as I have loved you.” There are so many verses in the Bible that speak about love (over 100!), which means love is important to God. Let us love others, as He asks of us, well in this time, and let us feel the love God gives us daily.
