Sometimes it seems like the one consistent thing about junior high students is that they are changing! And all of this change can be a real challenge, both for students and parents.

Our desire is to walk alongside you and your student in this time.

We're here because we believe this is a crucial time to be involved in the lives of junior high students. As they're making decisions about who they'll be and what they’ll believe, we want to be there to point them toward God and His truth.

The Mariners Junior High ministry is a place where students will feel welcomed, loved and accepted. It is a place where students can play, laugh, build positive relationships and unforgettable memories. They'll hear (loud) music they like, speakers who will make them laugh and think and about the unfailing love of a God who gets them. Through the weekend experience, small groups, various trips and activities, our goal is that junior high students would experience the values of a life centered on Jesus.
