The Mariners Internship is a semester long program designed to develop you spiritually, personally and professionally. As an intern, you’ll have the opportunity to take part in learning and gaining experience in the ministry track you are interested in, as we continue the mission to inspire people to follow Jesus and fearlessly change the world. 

You and your cohort of 10 -12 interns will connect with and learn from leaders like:

Not only will you get the chance to be a part of the staff family, you’ll also be a part of an internship cohort with other interns from different ministry tracks. Along with other interns you’ll experience orientation week, weekly cohort gatherings, and some fun team building experiences. 

Program Information

The Internship program consists of hands-on ministry experience, leadership development
through weekly cohort experiences. 

AGE:College-Aged
PAY:$20 an hour
LENGTH:One Semester (About 10 weeks)
COMMITMENT:20 Hours/Wk
PROGRAM:Hands-on Experience, Weekly Cohort Experience
The Week of an Intern:
  • Tuesday Cohort: 12PM – Family Lunch | 1-3PM Cohort Meetings
  • OFFICE HOURS: Time during the week spent working in your ministry track
  • SPECIAL EVENTS: Assist and serve at special events throughout the semester
