WEDDING COORDINATOR

Our on-site coordinators are here to assist you (and your wedding planner) with your wedding day details and logistics. A wedding coordinator will be assigned to you no later than three months prior to your wedding day.

(Note: Details such as wedding planning, flowers, cake, and invitations should be arranged by you and/or your wedding planner. Wedding coordinators are not responsible for these arrangements.)

PASTOR

All marriage ceremonies held on our campus are performed by Mariners Church pastors. Once you have scheduled your wedding, you can choose a Mariners pastor, or one will be recommended to you. Please keep in mind that not all pastors on staff are available for wedding ceremonies.

Your pastor will assist you in planning the details of the marriage ceremony (everything after the processional until the recessional).

PRE-MARITAL COUNSELING

Couples must attend Relationship Foundations, our premarital class.

RESERVATIONS

Wedding reservations can be made for up to 12 months prior
and are four-hour periods of time.

Options are listed below:
Fridays – any time
Saturdays – llam, 3pm or 7pm

RECEPTIONS

Mariners Church offers many options for reception locations. (See “fees” tab below for a list of these locations.) All receptions held on campus must use Mariners Global Café full-service catering company. For information, contact Manny Ochoa at 949.769.2150.

Alcohol (including wine or champagne for toasts) is not allowed on campus.

Receptions may not take place in the Upper Room during the Saturday evening worship services.

FEES

CEREMONY FEES

Chapel – $2,000

The Chapel has a maximum capacity of 260 chairs (there are no pews).
Furniture in the Chapel includes (click item to see photo)

two candelabras
two communion tables
a kneeling bench
a piano
two artist easels
a lectern
three small tables
20 stanchions
a shelf at the back of the stage.

Community Center – $1,500

Maximum capacity 1100 chairs (Mariners has 400 chairs - more than that must be rented)

Upper Room – $1,200

Maximum capacity 400 chairs

Worship Center Patio & Grass Area – $750 *

 

Life Development Patio/Grass – $750 *


* You must also rent tables and chairs for these venues.

All wedding venues require a 50% deposit due at booking,
with the balance due 60 days prior to the wedding.


RECEPTION FEES

Facilities Usage Fee: $150

Any of the above venues, except for the Chapel, may be used as a reception site. If an inside venue, 60-inch round tables, chairs and 8-foot rectangular tables are included for your convenience. If an outdoor venue, tables and chairs must be rented.

Audio/visual, catering, deorations, etc. are additional fees to be arraged with each specific ministry.

CANCELATION POLICY

90% refund if canceled 90+ days prior to wedding

75% refund if canceled 89-60 days prior to wedding

50% refund if canceled 59-31 days prior to wedding

No refund if canceled less than 31 days prior to wedding
